Arvin is a Managing Director of the Accenture Advanced Technology Centers in the Philippines, with more than 20 years of extensive experience. His chief responsibility is being the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead in the Philippines, helping clients understand AI’s emerging and mature capabilities.

 

He collaborates with industry teams to deliver time and cost-saving solutions and create new value for clients. He combines AI with technologies, such as IoT, Blockchain and Cloud, as well as methodologies, including Design Thinking, user-centric principles and Agile processes. Championing such methodologies is part of Arvin’s other role as Innovation Evangelist in which he drives innovation in everything the organization does, and delivers outcomes to clients at speed and at scale. As the Lead for the Accenture Advanced Technology Center in Cebu, Philippines, Arvin drives the growth and evolution of the center—to ensure its technology capabilities remain relevant and that it remains the employer of choice for Technology in the region.

 

Finally, he leads the Philippine teams of the Chief Information Officer’s (CIO) global organization, overseeing more than 2,000 people who develop and support over 300 applications for Accenture’s global workforce. Arvin joined Accenture straight from college. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. For leisure, Arvin indulges in hobbies like photography and gaming. He also enjoys traveling and going on food trips with wife, Gwen, who’s also an Accenture Managing Director, and their four sons.
