With more than 20 years of IT and management consulting experience, she started her own analytics consulting firm, Z-Lift Solutions, to pursue her passion in analytics and help companies become smarter with analytics. With the same passion, she organizes the R Users Group of the Philippines, a 5-year-old community that aims to promote the use of R open source statistical programming language for analytics, and joined the Board of Trustees of the Analytics Association of the Philippines (AAP) to play an active role in the development of an ecosystem that will help the country become globally competitive in analytics.
