Session Title - Monitoring Mobile Game Performance through Regression Models

Coding Technical Track - General Programming

11:00AM - 12:00PM at the 4th Floor, Bonifacio Hall A

Regression learning or analysis is under the field of data mining, where relationships among variables are identified or measured, based from historical data. In my talk, I will share how I applied different regression models in analyzing and attempting to predict a mobile game's performance. Two games from Playlab Inc., were analyzed, Dragon Cubes and Jungle Cubes. In our study, we discovered important key factors that affect the amount of daily active users and how these factors can be influenced. My talk is based from two research articles that I have locally published, in the DLSU Research Congress 2016, and in the Philippine Science Computing Congress 2018.
